I thought this healing stones bracelet was not only good for that purpose it also looks so beautiful on my wrist! It's has so many different colors you're able to wear with anything in your wardrobe. It's durable has a strong elastic band that's not going to break. I'd recommend this it's a great accessory to have in my jewelry box! It's a size 7 the elastic stretches a little more they also have more sizes to choose from.
